General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the webshop dateideasflorida.com, headquartered in Dubai

  1. Scope
    These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the relationship between dateideasflorida.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "Customers") in connection with the sale of digital products through the Provider's webshop.
  2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
    The Provider’s offer is directed at anyone interested in purchasing the product. The representation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. The contract between the Customer and the Provider is concluded only when the Customer places an order, and the Provider confirms it. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons.
  3. Prices and Payment Terms
    Prices in the Provider’s webshop are listed in US-Dollar (USD) and include VAT. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The following payment methods are available to the Customer:

    • Apple Pay
      The Provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods. The Customer agrees to receive the link to the digital product immediately after completing the order via email.
  1. Delivery
    As the products are digital, delivery occurs immediately after the order is completed via email.
  2. Right of Withdrawal
    There is no right of withdrawal, as the products are digital goods.
  3. Warranty and Liability
    The Provider guarantees that the digital products are free of material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. No further warranty is provided. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products by the Customer.
  4. Data Protection
    The Provider commits to treating the Customer’s personal data confidentially and using it solely for order processing. The data will not be shared with third parties.
  5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s headquarters.
  6. Severability Clause
    Should any provisions of these GTC be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties shall replace the invalid provision with a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose and intent of the invalid provision.
